Coordinate with internal Tech Development team on Customization 4. Provide support to end user to troubleshoot technical and functional issues Principal Accountabilities: (describe the job responsibilities and the expected outcome) 1. Ensure project deliver according to the agreed timeline & scope 2. Ensure all control document is properly documented 3. Ensure the result is correct for Parallel Run & UAT 4. Support, coordinate and feedback to client within SLA 5. Ensure accurate handover to Customer Support upon Client readiness. Dimensions: (measure the impact/scope of the job financial and non-financial i.e. no. of subordinates, budget, customers etc) Financials: Meets milestone target set by Project Manager for on time billing. Non- Financials: Ensure the project is delivered on time and accurate (99%). Job Requirement – Qualification and Experience (How many years of work experience, qualifications - professional, if any, etc) These requirements can be identified as being: Essential/ Mandatory(Requirement): Bachelor’s Degree and above in Computing and Software Development related. Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software. At least 1 year in full cycle web application development. Preferred (added advantage): Programming knowledge IT System logical process and flow Familiarity with HR Management System Good Networking with external customers Technical & Behavioral Competencies: (What competencies are required to do the job – knowledge, skills, attitude – technically and behavioral) Technical Competencies: Understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
