  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to optimize product availability and visibility.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales, key account management, or business development (preferably in FMCG, gaming, or collectibles).
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge: Experience with retail chains, distributors, or japanese toys is a plus.
  • Other: Willingness to travel and meet with retail partners when necessary.
