  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Qualifications :

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Other Requirements :

- Good working attitude, willing to learn and take challenges

- Well-versed in Microsoft excel and preferably in Oracle or ERP system

- Good logical thinking and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Descriptions :

Commodity management:

- Resolve part with discrepancy material, rework, scrap

- Resolve PO, shipment discrepancy & invoice discrepancy

- Shipment rescheduling & expediting to meet requirement

- Open Purchase Order (OPO) reconciliation with supplier

- Drive supplier Fulfillment Flexibility (SFF) & On Time in Full (OTIF) improvement

Defective part management:

- Return Material Authorization (RMA) shipment management with respective team.

Inventory Management:

- Control inventory to meet management objectives.

- Support Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) turn on/off activity, including SMI force consumption, SMI part attribute set up, ECO etc.

- Support DTL inventory program to set up Kanban card, Kanban item attribute setting, etc.

- Monitor & work with supplier Dock To Line (DTL) parts replenishment.

- SMI Upper Stock Level (USL) and Lower Stock Level (LSL) review and proposal setting

- Drive supplier to participate/add more parts in SMI/DTL program

PR/PO management:

- Internal Requisition (IR)/Purchase Requisition (PR)/Internal Sales Order (ISO)/ Purchase Order (PO) management ensure IR/PR converted to ISO/PO on time and send to supplier.

- Aged ISO/PO management where to review & ensure no aged ISO/PO >60days

Pricing management:

- Helps establish standard costs on assigned materials and control prices variances.

- Price negotiation & participate/initiate cost saving activities

- Worldwide Cost Accounting (WWCA) cost submission for zero cost items

- Support half yearly pricing standard setting & Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) half yearly changes.

Supporting CPI Projects:

- Support cross functional team such as R&D engineers, PL Project Managers, PME, ME and production.

- Sourcing the new LLM identified engineering, perform cost analysis, negotiate with suppliers, expedite FA materials to meet project timeline, AOS for smooth materials cut in.
