What are your Job Responsibilities?

  • Assist in data entry for financial records, invoices, and transactions.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial reports.
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Help with reconciliation of accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Support in bank reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
  • Support financial analysis tasks, including cost tracking and budgeting.
  • Assist in gathering documents for audits and tax submissions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
  • Help in maintaining ledgers and verifying financial transactions.
  • Support in closing monthly accounts.
  • Assist in tracking project costs and budget utilization.
  • Provide support in cost-control initiatives.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and finance-related external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with different departments on finance-related matters.
  • Provide support for any ad-hoc finance-related assignments.
  • Assist in internal process improvements.

What are the Job Requirements?

  • Pursuing at least Diploma and above in Finance / Account
  • Willing to work at office in Bandar Bukit Puchong.
  • Able to handle timelines with good update skills to superiors and all job related on hand.
