We are seeking an admin for our Heavy Lift Department to support our Heavy Lift Project operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing project documentation, coordinating orders, and assisting with logistics processes.
Location: Kempas Baru
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, job orders, and delivery orders while verifying order details, including customer information, cargo dimensions, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of all project documentation, quotations, and proposals.
- Track ongoing heavy lift projects and support daily delivery schedule arrangements.
- Assist in coordinating transport documentation and related administrative tasks.
- Verify driver claims, assist in invoicing, and prepare final project reports.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors to support the department and organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in administration, logistics, or project coordination is an advantage.
