Job Summary:
Provides secretarial matters and business support to Managing Director / Chairman / Executive Director/ Project Director/ Senior Project Director/ General Manager. Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
a. Plan and provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Directors.
b. Manage appointments, internal & external meetings and travel schedules.
c. Handle phone calls, correspondences, and private and confidential matters.
d. Follow-up assigned task and report on progress.
e. Prepare information/presentation slides/reports, and agenda for the meeting and take meeting minutes.
f. Prepare Confidential and Legal documents.
g. Maintain various records and documents for the Company/maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.
h. Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time including supporting other departments or executives as needed.
i. Maintain strict confidentially on all matters at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration or other equivalent field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Minimum 1 years experience as Executive Assistant.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
