  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Checking customer’s credit ratings with CTOS.
  • Reviewing / setting up the terms and conditions of credit limits for existing andpotential customers. Ensure all customer files were updated by conducting periodicreview and audit.
  • Negotiating re-payment plans.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally andexternally at all levels.
  • Liaise frequently with legal advisors in matters pertaining to customer contracts,issuance of collection letters and recovery of debts in insolvency.
  • Analyze the bad debt provision position and advice to financial controller on thecompliance to company credit policy.
  • Reporting of the company legal case status and others related to collection reporttimely.
  • Established a review to periodically review the credit worth of customer.
  • Ensure all invoice and collections posted correctly. Only collection with bankclearance is valid to post, unless allow by management for closing purpose.
  • Ensure account closing for AR is completed on time, include Statement of Accountto customers, M3 month-end checklist.
  • Ensure price list, discount structure and customer file are well-recorded in system,with proper management approval and documentation.
  • Ensure all CN and DN, include manual discount is posted correctly with propermanagement approval.
  • Ensure Miscellaneous Sales is matched to monies collection, invoice verified andrecorded correctly.
  • Ensure all AR Reports is send out on time to management, include AR Flash Report,AR Ageing Report.
  • Prepare necessary reports requested for Interim Audit, Annual Audit, and InternalAudit
  • Assist on stock take on quarterly basis.
  • Any other ad hoc works assigned by Superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
