Job Description
We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives to support the customers of our leading mobile gaming client. In this role, you will bring enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset to deliver outstanding service. You will provide essential background support to our customers while working with advanced technologies and systems. Additionally, you will be part of a supportive team of leaders and peers dedicated to your success.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English (fluency will be assessed through a language test)
- Proficiency in professional written English
- Experience in live chat and email correspondence is essential
- Ability to navigate multiple computer platforms simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Previous experience in customer service, live chat, and/or call center environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
