Position : Regional Content Specialist
Salary Range : RM 5,000 – RM 7,000
Location : Bangsar South, KL
Working Hours : Monday – Friday (Flexi-working hours, Friday WFH)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Content Specialist is responsible for producing training content, marketing copies, sales and marketing tools, raising brand awareness and to facilitate business building activities of brand partners in APAC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute content marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive Brand Partner acquisition and retention in the APAC region.
- Manage copywriting efforts for various communication channels and materials.
- Perform translations of global content into local languages across APAC countries, in addition to coordinating translations when necessary.
- Support PR efforts by developing and distributing press releases, pitching media stories, and fostering relationships with journalists and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Produce content for APAC magazine and other relevant publications.
- Create APAC-specific sales and product education tools, such as booklets, testimonials, and videos to facilitate sales closing.
- Curate existing content and adapt it for regional preferences and cultural nuances while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage company's website content and ensure its relevance and accuracy.
- Manage email communications, including newsletters, updates, and promotional campaigns, to engage with target audiences effectively.
- Support sales training and presentations with relevant content.
- Maintain content consistency and ensure alignment with corporate branding and local regulations.
- Identify target audiences, customer needs, and market trends to ensure content relevance.
- Review product labels to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends in content marketing, digital media, and technology.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
- Strong command of English language with copywriting skills.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Direct selling industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
