Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after sales, ensuring a smooth process and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, resolving them efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicles, services, and promotions to offer accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and ensure a consistent experience across all departments.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.
Qualifications:
