  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after sales, ensuring a smooth process and satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues, resolving them efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicles, services, and promotions to offer accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and ensure a consistent experience across all departments.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
