Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to confirm details, provide project updates, and resolve any issues or requests.
- Manage project processes, including document collection, verification, and processing.
- Manage customer orders, process applications, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide efficient customer service throughout the project lifecycle, from initial contact to post-sales support.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and undertake additional tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must study in related of Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Level in Marketing/Business Administrative /Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interacting with clients who speak these languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Candidate must be a good team player and responsible.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
