Ambulance Operator
Position Overview:
Sunlight Ambulance Services LLP is looking for a proactive and organized Ambulance Operator Officer to support the smooth execution of our ambulance services. The officer will play a crucial role in managing bookings, handling customer calls, scheduling and dispatching of cases to ensure operational efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to relocate to Singapore for this job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and Customer Support
- Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about services.
- Manage ambulance bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely deployment of resources and teams.
- Coordinate with operations staff to confirm availability and address booking-related challenges.
- Follow up with clients to provide updates or resolve service-related issues.
Operational Support
- Assist the Operations Manager in scheduling, dispatching and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including booking logs, incident reports, and vehicle usage.
- Monitor and update operational metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and organize documents such as reports, invoices, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure proper documentation for regulatory requirements.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to support daily operations.
Team Coordination
- Communicate effectively with drivers, paramedics, and EMTs to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, safety drills, and team meetings.
Customer Relationship Management
- Address customer feedback and escalate issues to the Operations Manager as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications/Education:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma
- Certification in administration or customer service is a plus.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or operations role.
- Experience in healthcare, logistics, or emergency services is advantageous.
- Ambulance Medic/Paramedic will be given priority for this job
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Pay: RM6,600.00 - RM9,900.00 per month
