Responsibilities:
- To help customer stay protected by offering Bank Insurance Product, Bancassurance (Conventional/Non-Shariah compliant)
- To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share the product with others customer within bank community.
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target.
- Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities (face to face (F2F) / virtually).
- To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service. Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Possess recognized Degree or Diploma in any field
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage
- Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Able to travel
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Possess PCE/CLIE is an added advantage
- Preferable min 1 year sales experience. Training provided.
