Responsibilities:

  • To help customer stay protected by offering Bank Insurance Product, Bancassurance (Conventional/Non-Shariah compliant)
  • To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share the product with others customer within bank community.
  • To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target.
  • Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities (face to face (F2F) / virtually).
  • To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service. Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Possess recognized Degree or Diploma in any field
  • Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage
  • Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Able to travel
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Possess PCE/CLIE is an added advantage
  • Preferable min 1 year sales experience. Training provided.
