  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Handling customer orders, which includes preparing services report, quotations, sales orders, and managing customer drawings, records, and deliveries.
  • Calculating the cost of customised orders and communicating pricing to customers.
  • Effectively communicating and coordinating with various departments, including Research and Development, Production, and Purchasing, to resolve issues related to customer orders.
  • Managing sales logistics and coordinating shipments.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties may be assigned, including various tasks related to the sales department and support for other departments.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Well-organized and responsible, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in costing is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
