Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.

Skills:

  • Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others, particularly those facing fertility challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and patient management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of TCM principles (preferred, but not required).

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Responsibilities:Patient Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with patients, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about clinic services, treatments, and appointment scheduling.
  • Proactively address patient concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Appointment Management:

  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic’s management system.
  • Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth patient transitions.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle patient registration, billing, and payment processing.
  • Manage and organize patient files and documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks.

Creating a Supportive Environment:

  • Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor, providing emotional support.
  • Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality.

Promotional and Informational Support:

  • Inform patients of upcoming workshops, events, and informational sessions.
  • Assist in the distribution of educational materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
