Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and patient management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of TCM principles (preferred, but not required).
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Responsibilities:Patient Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Build rapport and establish trust with patients, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely information about clinic services, treatments, and appointment scheduling.
- Proactively address patient concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Appointment Management:
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic’s management system.
- Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth patient transitions.
Administrative Support:
- Handle patient registration, billing, and payment processing.
- Manage and organize patient files and documentation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
Creating a Supportive Environment:
- Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor, providing emotional support.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
Promotional and Informational Support:
- Inform patients of upcoming workshops, events, and informational sessions.
- Assist in the distribution of educational materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
