Corporate Remittance Sales Key In
- Create and process corporate remittance sales and ensure all corporate sales transaction are executed and with minimum error as well as in strict compliance with audit and guidelines.
- Liaise with corporate customer throughout the whole transaction.
- Assist and answering any inquiries from customers.
- Liaise with compliance department regarding any issue regarding corporate customers to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Corporate Money Changing (MC) Support
- Service corporate MC customers as required with rate update.
- Coordinate with branch/HQ operation and follow up with customers to ensure transactions are done correctly.
Handle Customer Loyalty Program & Corporate Newsletter
- In charge of corporate events and loyalty program as a coordinator.
- Purchase corporate gifts, souvenirs, booklet, woven bag and etc.
- Assisting in corporate newsletter, e.g. research of market data & news, editing the newsletter.
Corporate Performance Report
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data (weekly basis) & keep record on sales trends.
- Manage sales tracking tools and reports on important information (data entry in excel and upload to shared folder)
- Types of sales reports: (i) Monthly Basis (company name, currency types, amount of transaction), data can genarate pie chart & graph for analysis purpose. (ii) Sales Pipelines Report - Corporate Account (weekly basis, data consolidate from sales team). (iii) Ad-hoc requirement sales report.
Provide administrative assistance to Corporate Sales team as and when required
- Handle telephone calls or acknowledge customers' e-mails or letters for representatives who are away from office.
- Maintain and organize and accessible filling system for administrative and sales professionals.
- In charge for minutes of meeting for corporate sales department (weekly, monthly or ad-hoc basis) and email the minutes to those who involved.
- Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by HOD or the management.
