
Data Entry - Season Unit
1. To handle the Season Unit’s daily administration duties which include documentation, maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, email correspondence, coordination and following up on pending matters.
2. To entertain and receive calls from customers regarding to complaints, queries and any other matter related to Season Unit.
3. To ensure all complaints or queries are reported to the Head of Season Unit.
4. To prepare monthly reports for Refundable Deposits, Tax Invoice Listing and related reports for Season Unit.
5. To issue monthly season invoices for each customer according to car park.
6. To follow up on all debtors (customers) and to provide reminder notices for overdue accounts.
7. To assist the Head of Season Unit with site audits and season monitoring list every month.
8. To perform any other duties as instructed by the Company, CEO, Board of Directors or immediate superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
