· Support the rollout of engaging training materials and execution plans.
· Coordinate basic Learning Needs Analysis, pre/post-classroom learning, social learning, on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and bite-sized workshops.
· Handle HRDC grant applications, claims, and track levy & grant balances.
· Conduct select training programs, including Customer Service Training, new joiner induction and others.
· Maintain training records, including attendance, evaluations, and nomination forms.
· Inform employees about training schedules and track their progress.
· Review training feedback and program data to identify areas for improvement.
· Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
· Assist in maintaining in-house training equipment and facilities.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Experience in HR functions, preferably in training or learning & development.
· Fluent in English (written and spoken).
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Preferably skilled in virtual tools like Zoom, MS Teams, or Kahoot.
· Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently.
· Eager to learn and grow in Learning and Development.
· Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management to support business needs and organizational goals.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
