  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Aramex located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training within the logistics and transportation industry.

Responsibilities

· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products or services.

· Follow a script to introduce products/services, highlight features, and address customer queries.

· Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and data research.

· Gather and document information on prospective customers.

· Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

· Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase or set up appointments.

· Customize sales pitch based on customer needs and preferences.

· Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

· Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including sales activities and follow-up tasks.

· Update customer information in the CRM system.

· Address customer objections and concerns effectively.

· Provide additional information or alternatives to overcome objections.

· Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer responses and market trends.

· Prepare and submit regular reports on telesales activities and results.

· Adhere to company policies and guidelines during sales calls.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements:

· 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred

· Experience handling and processing payment information over the phone is advantageous

· Ability to promote a product or service using persuasive language and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
