This is a reinsurance broking/admin role responsible for general insurance arrangement process and acts as an intermediary between an insurance company and reinsurance company. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization and provide personalized administrative support in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a cheery disposition, good organizational skills, and prior experience in an assistant role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing of insurance policies by completing billings and cover note, endorsements, and claims by accurately entering data into the system and ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for policy processing and claim settlements.
- Maintain and update policy records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the department in organizing meetings, conferences, and training sessions, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses, ensuring high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
- To play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various administrative tasks and processes between accounts and processing department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or in a similar role within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with insurance broking systems or software is a plus.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
