Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers and sell products and services to walk-in clients.
  • Handle payments, assist with service inquiries, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Manage bill payments, use POS systems, and handle emails.
  • Ensure accurate monetary transactions and manage company inventory (e.g., phones, SIM cards, accessories, etc.).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education level: SPM (Secondary School Certificate).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be available to work in retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
