RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.
- Assist project team to monitor commencement and completion of all Architectural works according to the master programme.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, documentation submission i.e material approval & requisition, method statement for approval, progress supervision and any documentation related to the works.
- Coordinate with other project team members i.e Structural and M&E to resolve related problems and issues.
- Co-ordination of shop drawings
- Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal to no defects.
- To plan, coordinate, monitor and control daily work at the project sites.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions within timeline and project cost.
- Work closely with the client, consultants and subcontractors on Architectural technical matters.
- Manage Architectural subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, material samples, and work progress.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Architectural or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4-5 years working experience in related background.
- Experience in managing multiple subcontractors, resolving design conflicts and ensuring high quality architectural finishes.
- Preferably with experience in building works.
- Experience in PPVC project would be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
