RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.
  • Assist project team to monitor commencement and completion of all Architectural works according to the master programme.
  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, documentation submission i.e material approval & requisition, method statement for approval, progress supervision and any documentation related to the works.
  • Coordinate with other project team members i.e Structural and M&E to resolve related problems and issues.
  • Co-ordination of shop drawings
  • Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal to no defects.
  • To plan, coordinate, monitor and control daily work at the project sites.
  • To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions within timeline and project cost.
  • Work closely with the client, consultants and subcontractors on Architectural technical matters.
  • Manage Architectural subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, material samples, and work progress.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Architectural or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in related background.
  • Experience in managing multiple subcontractors, resolving design conflicts and ensuring high quality architectural finishes.
  • Preferably with experience in building works.
  • Experience in PPVC project would be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
