Responsibility

  • Do arrangement for all maintenance appointment and update every day into the group.
  • Updates excel file.
  • Prepare Technician Commission.
  • Update car process status to WhatsApp group chat.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/potential customers via texts, call or email to maintain customer database.
  • Liaising with maintenance to check on the progress and ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • To assist in any other task as and when required by management.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Training will be provided.
  • Preferably candidates with good multi languages with proper verbal and written customer support skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Enthusiastic, assertive, aggressive, and independent.
  • Ability to put closure on issues quickly and is results-driven.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess active communications skills.
  • Highly organized and attention to details.
