Responsibility
- Do arrangement for all maintenance appointment and update every day into the group.
- Updates excel file.
- Prepare Technician Commission.
- Update car process status to WhatsApp group chat.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/potential customers via texts, call or email to maintain customer database.
- Liaising with maintenance to check on the progress and ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Training will be provided.
- Preferably candidates with good multi languages with proper verbal and written customer support skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Enthusiastic, assertive, aggressive, and independent.
- Ability to put closure on issues quickly and is results-driven.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess active communications skills.
- Highly organized and attention to details.
