Production Crew Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Production Crew members to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting in various stages of production, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in setting up and preparing production equipment and materials.

· Operate and maintain production tools, machinery, and equipment.

· Support the production team in assembling, packaging, and quality control processes.

· Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.

· Load and unload materials, props, and other necessary production items.

· Assist with lighting, camera work, sound setup, and stage design as needed.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

· Work closely with team members to ensure production deadlines are met.

· Troubleshoot minor issues with equipment and report major problems to supervisors.

· Adapt to different production roles as needed to support overall efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage but not required.

· Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and standing for long periods

. 1-3 years of working experience

· Strong teamwork and communication skills.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on production schedules.

· Basic understanding of production equipment and tools (training will be provided if necessary).

· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

· Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
