  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

1) To prepare bill of quantity and costing for tender and/or enquiry submission

2) Providing the commercial/costing strategy for enquiry and tender

3) To review & evaluate contractor/supplier proposed material/product specification

4) Commercial negotiation with contractors & suppliers during tender stage or procurement stage

5) To prepare & compile contracts / tender document for submission

6) Procurement Planning - contractors & suppliers pricing analysis/comparison

7) Assisting Project Team & Sales Team on Project VO pricing analysis/comparison from contractors & suppliers and negotiation with contractors & suppliers

8) Develop material/equipment supplier/contractor database

9) Develop material/equipment/labour pricelist database

10) Reporting to Head of Solution Department

SUPERVISION:

  • Receives daily supervision and workload from the Head of Department, Admin Department
  • Receives general supervision from the Director, Admin & Finance

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons)
  • Min. 3 years working experience in construction field as Quantity Surveyor or Contract Engineer. Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative
  • Able to work independently
  • Computer literate

The products or solutions will be such as below.

  • Critical power (UPS system, AVC and etc) and cooling (Precision Air Cond and In Row Air Cond) for data center and production.
  • Early warning smoke detection system for industrial environment such cleanroom, warehouse, hospital, airport and etc.
  • Fire suppression system such as FM-200 system / Novec 1230.
  • Water leak detection system.
  • Environmental monitoring system.
  • Rack and PDU.
  • Structure cabling system.
  • Security access and CCTV system.
  • Renewable Energy such as Solar system, EV charger and etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
