Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the company’s financial health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

· Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

· Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

· Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.

· Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business decisions.

· Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

· Implement cost-control measures to improve financial efficiency.

· Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective financial management practices.

· Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial governance.

· Identify opportunities for investment, funding, and financial growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· Professional certification (ACCA) is preferred.

· Able to do full set account

· 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

· Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,850.72 - RM13,195.40 per month
