  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to provide professional treatments and ensure top-quality service. If you have a passion for beauty and skincare, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Treatment – Provide treatments according to standard procedures while maintaining professional care.
  • Client Follow-Up – Conduct follow-ups with clients based on SOPs to ensure satisfaction and continued service.
  • Registration Management – Handle client registration efficiently and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Appointment Scheduling – Manage and update client appointments using Google Appointment to maintain an organized schedule.
  • Client Origin Tracking – Record the source of new clients (TikTok, Facebook, WOM, Instagram) for analysis and reporting.
  • Order Entry – Key in WhatsApp orders into the clinic system daily for accurate transaction records.
  • Data Entry & Client Records – Input and update new client details in the clinic system for proper documentation.
  • Housekeeping & Cleanliness – Maintain cleanliness and organization within the clinic to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
  • System & Data Management – Regularly update and maintain client information for smooth clinic operations.
  • Additional Duties – Perform other tasks assigned by management to support clinic operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in beauty treatments or skincare is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
