As we expand our e-commerce business, we’re looking for a Social Media Executive to elevate our brand presence online.

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. You will be responsible for content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more).
  • Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, and stories aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to create high-quality visuals, captions, and video content.

Community Engagement & Growth:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly to foster a strong online community.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers to boost visibility and interactions.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers for brand partnerships.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Track and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to improve content strategies.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Suggest and implement new strategies to increase brand awareness and online sales.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and content marketing strategies.
  • Creative storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, or aesthetics is a plus!
