Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to meet the department's needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for department members.
  • Ensure timely communication of schedules and updates to all relevant parties.
  • Maintain and organize departmental records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of various documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing Communication Department and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing appropriate responses or directing them to the relevant personnel.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for department members as required.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of departmental events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and track departmental budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of expense reports and financial documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience within an academic setting. Training will be given in appropriate areas.
  • Fresh graduates with experience in sales and recruitment are also encouraged.
  • At least a diploma or bachelor degree in relevant field e.g business administration, management, communication.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer literacy (use of spreadsheet, text editors, presentation, etc)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
