Requirements

  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Customer service skills: Ability to interact with customers in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accurate ticket sales, reservations, and customer records.
  • Communication skills: Clearly communicating policies, pricing, and schedules to customers.
  • Time management: Handling multiple tasks during peak hours, especially in busy environments.
  • Basic math skills: Handling cash, calculating change, and processing transactions accurately.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ticketing systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and general computer usage.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
