Role Summary
You will be responsible for calling up/following up/assist client in their Internet Banking activation process.
Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound call to all the clients that being assigned by team leader
- Proactively perform following up with uncontactable clients
- Activate client Internet Banking access in the system
- Update the activation status daily in shared folder
Core skills & Requirements:
- Demonstrate attention to details, team player, take e2e ownership
- Should have the skill, ability, experience and confidence to ensure servicing tasks and assigned tasks are completed on time
- Requires excellent communication and comfortable with direct client interaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Well organized and able to multi task and handle conflicting priorities
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
