  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

The CSR and Community Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement programs. This role aims to enhance the company’s positive impact on society while aligning with business objectives. The executive will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and community organizations to drive sustainable and meaningful projects.

Key Responsibilities: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

  • Develop and execute CSR programs that align with the company’s values and objectives.
  • Coordinate sustainability initiatives, charity events, and volunteer programs.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of CSR activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices for CSR initiatives.
  • Build relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Community Engagement:

  • Develop strategies to strengthen the company’s relationship with the community.
  • Organize community outreach programs, donations, and sponsorships.
  • Act as the company’s representative in community events and networking activities.
  • Manage social impact campaigns and increase public awareness of company initiatives.

Internal & External Communication:

  • Work with marketing and PR teams to promote CSR initiatives via social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Engage employees in volunteer programs and sustainability efforts.
  • Respond to community inquiries and address concerns related to corporate social responsibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in CSR, community engagement, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage partnerships.
  • Passion for social impact, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
