  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies for hospital concession projects.
  • Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of medical and non-medical assets.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital concession agreements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Monitor asset performance, conduct audits, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities to plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Utilize asset management software to track inventory, depreciation, and lifecycle data.
  • Provide technical support and training to hospital staff on asset usage and management.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to asset procurement and maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and hospital stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in asset management, specifically within hospital concession projects.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital operations, medical equipment, and healthcare regulations.
  • Proficient in asset management software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory bodies and standards (e.g., JCI, MOH guidelines).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, ISO 55000).
  • Experience with hospital facility management systems.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
