Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to Director with a strong Accounting background to provide administrative and financial support at the executive level. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Director's calendar and tasks, as well as assisting with financial administration, budgeting, and other accounting-related duties. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative expertise and financial acumen, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of budgets, invoices, and financial reports.
  • Prepare and review financial documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for the Director.
  • Handle accounting-related tasks such as tracking expenses, reconciliations, and processing payments.
  • Assist with preparing and filing financial statements and reports as required.
  • Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, etc.) on behalf of the Director, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Support the Director in various projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and other departments.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management software or tools.
  • Familiarity with tax preparation and compliance (if applicable to the company).

Pay: RM2,217.53 - RM5,680.28 per month
