As a Kitchen Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Kitchen Operations Management:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations in the catering kitchen.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all food and beverage orders.
Order Fulfillment:
- Guarantee the accurate and timely completion of all kitchen orders.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to resolve any issues affecting delivery timelines.
Operational Excellence:
- Analyze kitchen workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Meeting and Documentation:
- Prepare kitchen orders and maintain related documentation for seamless operational use.
Requirements:
