Job Description
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
- To handle all purchasing enquiry.
- To negotiate on material pricing and purchases of materials.
- To liaise with project sites for scheduling of materials.
- To administer processing of payments.
- To monitor movement of fixed assets.
- To assist the Purchasing Manager in new product research.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.

Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or Purchasing and Materials Management from an accredited college.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ working experience in a similar capacity preferably from a building and construction industry.
- Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Ability to meet high volume and demanding construction industry.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
