  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Garden Shoppe, One City (Current) / Taman Perindustrian Axis (Upcoming)
Salary: RM4,500 – RM4,800+ (Higher for exceptional candidates)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Event days require work, with replacement leave)
Open to Malaysians Only

What You’ll Do:

Plan & execute creative, client-focused event strategies
Coordinate logistics, vendors, transportation & equipment setup
Manage event timelines, ensuring seamless execution
Oversee on-site operations, resolving challenges under pressure
Collaborate with teams to exceed client expectations
Monitor budgets & negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
Conduct post-event debriefings for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business, or related field
2+ years experience in event coordination, production, or project management
Strong team player with excellent communication & collaboration skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)
Ability to manage multiple projects & adapt to fast-paced environments
Attention to detail & a solutions-driven mindset
Knowledge of AV systems, staging, and lighting is a plus
Own transport is required
