Job Responsibilities:
- Backend System Management: Update and maintain backend system information to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions on platforms.
- Supplier & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to service requests, generate quotes, and support sales teams in delivering competitive travel packages.
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document product, software, and system update requirements, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Product Optimization & Sales Growth: Enhance direct product connectivity for hotels, tour packages, and attraction tickets while monitoring pricing and value-added offerings to improve B2B and B2C conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Experience in product development, system management, or supplier coordination in the travel/tourism industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and optimize product offerings.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems, GDS, or OTA platforms is an advantage.
