Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including external partners, job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to supplement internal recruitment efforts as needed.
- Conduct meetings with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Must haves:
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment or HR related roles,
- Result-oriented with a growth mindset & able to recover from setbacks quickly.
- Strong sense of collaboration, highly attentive to nuances in communication & identifying talents.
- Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in utilising ATS systems.
