  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain marketing-related data in databases and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Campaign Execution: Set up, schedule, and launch marketing campaigns in the system based on provided listings and timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Content Distribution: Publish marketing content across designated social media and digital channels, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Channel Monitoring & Customer Engagement: Track and manage interactions on broadcast channels, promptly responding to customer inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring campaign performance, compiling reports, and providing insights for optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM and Telemarketing teams to support various marketing initiatives, optimize engagement, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Admin, International Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Entry-level role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin for daily communication.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, copy-pasting, filtering).
