Educational Background:

Professional Experience:

Responsibility

  • Conduct daily cold calling, emailing and messaging to new target markets and clients.
  • Generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing sales quotations & business proposals and closing sales over the phone and through virtual communication channels.
  • Understand prospect needs and requirements to demonstrate the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Responsible for your sales performance and to meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and OKRs.
  • Adhere to the inside sales pre-sales, on-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Learn and have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of all department processes.
  • Build and maintain accurate database and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s SAP RM.
  • Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trend, competition and market.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development initiatives.
  • Always a Team player and work together to support self, company and colleagues.
  • Any other official tasks and jobs assigned by the immediate superior.
