Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively contact potential and existing customers to promote banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other financial services.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and understand customer requirements to offer tailored financial solutions that meet their needs.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer responses, and potential areas for product improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess at least 2 years of working experience as Telesales Agent or any relevant sales experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication abilities to effectively engage customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasive skills with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
