
IT Executive
Perform desktop related cases and service requests
Provide IT Support for the end-users
Perform 1st level troubleshooting
Trouble shooting PCs software, hardware, laptops, printers , Local Area Network ,Applications support and Servers health check
Installation and configuration of operating systems, Microsoft outlook and application software.
Repair and service of PCs hardware and laptops.
Macintosh OS , MacBook support.
Install, setup and configure of new desktops, laptops and printers.
Assist with other IT related task given from the supervisor
Level 1 support on IT Networking Equipment( Managed Switch , Firewall , AP)
Level 1 Servers health check.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least one (1) of the following certification:
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Windows Client or equivalent;
(ii) Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE) in one or more of the following: Desktop Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Communication or equivalent; or
(iii) CompTIA A+ 220-801/ 220-802, CompTIA PDI+ or equivalent.
At least 2-years’ experience in IT Desk Side Support
Ability to perform assigned task and job prioritization/delegation
Strong end user engagement and able to manage challenging end user requests
Equip with Strong technical analytic/troubleshooting skills
Poses own transport as travel between offices is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,865.64 - RM5,919.02 per month
