
Customer Experience Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence. Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS & ASK mailboxes.
To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
To promote TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member JOB
REQUIREMENTS
Min Diploma/Degree in any field
Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
