Customer Service (Alor Setar)
Duties and Responsibilities including following:
1. Engaging with customers and facilitate the agreement signing process including agreement
preparation, relevant documents and enrolment for Curlec
2. Taking ownership of customer’s issues and following problems through to resolution
3. Able to perform stamping assessment process via LHDN portal, work closely with Finance Team
throughout the entire progress
4. Monthly update customer’s Lampiran A and print out the official receipt for filing.
5. Keep accurate records and document customer details according to company’s policies
6. Attained knowledge of KPKT requirements and able to handle auditor’s expectations and
questionnaire assertively
7. Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
8. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
9. Ensuring all office maintenance duty is completed (ex: air-con maintenance, tracking of stationary
supplies etc.), working closely with Admin Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
