Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel facilities to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing supplies, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Ensure public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, etc.) are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms and public areas to the supervisor.
- Restock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries professionally.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
