Position Overview:

The Receptionist will be responsible for the overall management of the front desk in KL Office and provide administrative executive support to Board Members.

This is a full-time on-site role for a receptionist position. As a receptionist, your day-to-day tasks will include managing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, providing excellent customer service, and carrying out general clerical duties. You will also manage customers, handle inquiries, and assist for any admin related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

· To serve visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

· To answer the phone call, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.

· To ensure that all calls and visitors are greeted as per standard greetings and ensure courtesy is always maintained.

· To receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

· To maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensuring it reflects a professional corporate image.

· To ensure that the reception area is never left unattended at any time.

· To ensure that all documents entrusted are handled with caution and care and not let the documents lie around and exposed.

· To maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

· To manage the office supplies and keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

To assist any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company

Qualifications:

1- Minimum SPM Holder or Diploma

2- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia

3- Pleasant and friendly personality.

4- Positive working attitude, independent and resourceful

Job Type: Full-time
