Job Responsibilities
- General HR administration
- Recruitment and retaining of talents
- Payroll administration
- Liaison with authorities
- Rental collection
- Site management office liaison
- Tracking management cost against budget
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Other admin duties to be performed as and when required
Experiences and Requirements
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Familiar with recruitment and talent retaining process.
- Familiar with Malaysia employment regulations and best practice.
- At least 3 – 5 years project management industry.
- Proactive, competent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS application.
- Bachelor degree, higher diploma in business admin or any relevant qualifications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
