Job Responsibilities

  • General HR administration
  • Recruitment and retaining of talents
  • Payroll administration
  • Liaison with authorities
  • Rental collection
  • Site management office liaison
  • Tracking management cost against budget
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Other admin duties to be performed as and when required

Experiences and Requirements

  • Updating and maintaining employee records
  • Familiar with recruitment and talent retaining process.
  • Familiar with Malaysia employment regulations and best practice.
  • At least 3 – 5 years project management industry.
  • Proactive, competent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS application.
  • Bachelor degree, higher diploma in business admin or any relevant qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
