Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and assist with phone and email enquiries from parents and students
  • Responsible for addressing and resolving customer requests and queries within the specified time frame
  • Effective planning and scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments
  • Report the completion of tasks and ensure all tasks are documented accurately
  • Write and distribute email correspondence, memos, letters and forms to the intended recipients accurately
  • Manage students’ movement and the operation of the reception counter
  • Demonstrate product/service knowledge and promote the school programme to potential customers
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of school activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
  • Available to work from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good problem-solving skills with effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with team members and the public.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
