Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to and assist with phone and email enquiries from parents and students
- Responsible for addressing and resolving customer requests and queries within the specified time frame
- Effective planning and scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments
- Report the completion of tasks and ensure all tasks are documented accurately
- Write and distribute email correspondence, memos, letters and forms to the intended recipients accurately
- Manage students’ movement and the operation of the reception counter
- Demonstrate product/service knowledge and promote the school programme to potential customers
- Assist in the preparation and execution of school activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
- Available to work from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm.
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills with effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with team members and the public.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
