
HR ASSISTANT
What you'll be doing
Payroll Administration
1. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll, including overtime calculations, daily attendance, and deductions.
2. Review and monitor staff attendance, addressing issues such as absences and punctuality.
Foreign Workers Management
1. Manage work permits and employment passes for foreign workers.
2. Arrange and send workers to Fomema screening, clinics or hospital
3. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, company policies, and government authorities for foreign workers.
Employee Grievance
1. Handle and resolve disciplinary cases, conflicts, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
2. Keep track on employee disciplinary records
Recruitment
1. Coordinate with the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and orientation to new employees on board procedures
Learning and Development
1. To perform Training Needs Analysis, planning, organizing training courses and maintaining employees training records.
2. Handle training documentation for ISO
3. Manage Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) for ALL Training (HRDF application, Training Grant, Training Claim, etc.)
Records Keeping
1. Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose
2. Flexibility to take on ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
Administration
1. Oversee, apply for and renew relevant Malaysian government license
2. Assist in time attendance systems, telephones, photocopies and arranging technical support when require
3. Maintain the inventory of Uniforms, office stationery, mineral waters, pantry items and toiletries supplies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
